Hair Services: Monday through Sunday from 9AM to 7PM For Hair Services. We Will Take Our Last Client No Later Than 7PM.

Store Hours: Monday through Friday from 9AM to 5PM for shipping. WE WILL NOT SHIP ON THE WEEKENDS
All orders and email inquiries/ follow ups will be responded to Monday through Friday from 9AM to 5pm. WE WILL NOT RESPOND ON THE WEEKEND.


CAN I BOOK A SAME DAY APPOINTMENT?
All Same Day Appointments Must Be Booked For After 10am To Ensure Time For The Stylists To Purchase The Hair.
 

HOW SOON SHOULD I FOLLOW UP ON MY ORDER?
Please wait 4 full business days before following up on single order items. YOU DO NOT NEED TO FOLLOW UP ON ORDERS EVERY WEEK! IF WE HAVE ANY ISSUES WE WILL CONTACT YOU!
 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
All orders are shipped with Fedex and USPS. You will receive an email notification when your order has been filled and shipped. We will never send your items off without sending you an email notification first.
 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
NO, all sales are final and no refund will be issued.

We are located in Jonesboro Georgia.


HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Single order items take 4-7 business days, not including weekends or the day you purchase. THIS EXCLUDES FEDERAL HOLIDAYS! You will receive your tracking details which will allow you to follow your order’s delivery status.

Ordering
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is complete. Your tracking information will be sent via email when your order has been processed. If you have not received your order confirmation please check your junk mail. If still not received please contact delicatelystyled@icloud.com.

Shipping

All orders made before 2PM EST will be shipped out the following day. If we are out of stock or a shipment is coming in you will be notified and your order will be shipped out upon arrival of inventory. Standard shipping timeframe is 3-5 business days. This does NOT include weekends.

Order not received
We will do our best to get your products to you at your earliest convenience, if your order has not reached you within 7 days of processing, please email delicatelystyled@icloud.com with the subject line: ORDER NOT RECEIVED. Please include your order number so we can assist you.

Refund, Exchange &  Returns Policy
All sales are FINAL.

Hair Appointments COVID-19 Policy
Masks are REQUIRED at every appointment. If you do not have one you may purchase one. Temperatures will be checked upon arrival.
Please be sure to add all necessary add-ons at the time of booking , any last minute add-ons will be extra. ABSOLUTELY NO EXTRA GUESTS !!!!
